Huge Huge HUGE Target Redcard CLI

So, I have been following along everyone getting one or two auto CLIs on their Target Redcard.  I have been checking every couple days.  Finally, last night (2 months exactly since the last CLI), my CL went up over 3x the previous limit, from $1600 to $5k!!!

I'm over the moon here. Definitely the largest non-requested CLI I have received, and possibly the largest CLI ever.

Not sure what is going on with Target, but I am not complaining.  I'm also hoping that I might see a Target MC come along with this.

My scores tanked a few months back, for no reason I can figure out (sure, a lot of HPs, and I was over 50% on some 0% APR cards, but my scores tanked about two months after all of that reported).  I'm now seeing those scores bounce back, now in the 660-675 range (was over 700 before tanking) for FICO.

Ozman, this is huge! Congrats on the increase!

I agree. Something has shifted for the Target Redcard. I am enjoying the flurry of increases they're granting at the moment. Folks are finally getting limits they can use. These are exciting times.

Congratulations!!

My new card should be arriving any day now.  It's just a $300 SL, but I am so hopeful with all the recent increases.  I just closed my last one 6 months ago for being stuck at $200 for 24 months.
