It's not a SCT. Click on the credit card tab at the top of the home page. Scroll down to the Projekt card and click the link "see if you pre-qualify now".

Congrats on your approval and CLI!  Most Commenity cards can be increased every 90 days or so.  If the online LUV button doesn't work, you can try the Robo Lady by calling in.  I had a pier1 card and couldn't get any online cli's, so after almost a year of clicking the online button without success, I called the Robo Lady and just kept asking for a CLI and she just kept giving them to me in $200 & $300 increments until I went from $750 to $7,300 all in a single call.
