JetBlue WEMC sign up fee/bonus rules

I figured I would share some information that I was able to confirm with my recent approval of the JetBlue Plus card. The $99 annual fee is applied within the first statement closing. In order for the 30k bonus to be paid, you MUST pay at least $99 before the end of the 90 day window. Otherwise, Barclaycard will not apply the 30k sign up bonus. Even if you make the minimum 1k spend.

Pay interest on annual fee? no thank you. I pay that before the first due date.

Yup this is pretty common with Barclays. $99 is a good deal for 30k JetBlue miles though.
