I already have Walmart Card for years. Today, I wanted to try to see if I can get approved for Walmart Discover Card. I filled out the application and hit the apply button. It came back:

Yes, it's true. The good thing is you can use it outside Walmart and Sams Club. Use it like a Discover Card and it give you cash back on purchase.

I love the cash back feature! biggest + of the acct other than TU FICO!
