Congratulations! Which AMEX card?

I was just approved for the BCE card on Monday. It didn't initially show my CL but after I requested to get the card number it said CL is $1,000. Looking forward to receiving physical card in the mail soon.

First, congrats on the approval!

Second, when you mention fees and school, are you referring to fees from your school for attendance? Further, are you referring to paying your school fees as part of meeting your card sign-up bonus?

If so, the amount of your school fees should still work for meeting the sign-up bonus. When Amex refers to fees, the card agreement should be referring to fees charged by Amex in relation to their credit products, such as credit/charge card annual fees or card late fees not applying to the sign-up bonus.

Now, another matter is if your school accepts credit card payments to pay school fees, and/or if they charge an additional processing fee to do so. Regardless, it sounds like you have already taken that into consideration.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
