I'm rebuilding and wanting to get my credit limit up over the initial 300. However it's only been 3 months and I pay it off every month. I can't afford a hard pull for it. So is it a soft pull?

I was at $300 for one year prior to auto increase to 700. Account is now 22 months old. Yes, soft pull
