Put some heavy usage on it and paid it down, it comes in handy with the discounts and store cash. Ironically they turned me down for a CLI recently, then a few weeks later gave me an auto CLI of $2k to give me a $3k limit.

For me they pulled transunion. It was in 2014. I am in MN. So not sure, if it depends on the location too?!

Applied for one today.  They pulled TU.  $1000 limit, which was more than I was expecting.

I work at Kohl's as a side job for the past 3 years. It's possible to spend 3K. lol.

Samac - that means you have a very decent credit score. The lowest we give is 300$ and the cream of the crops get $1500. $1K is awesome!

Is it a hard pull for a CLI for this card?

Last weekend I was in Kohls. I am JCP and Macys guy, but I am always pleasantly surprised by a lot the things Kohls carries. The clerk tempted me with 30% off if I apply for the card. She said you do not even need to be approved, just apply and get 30% off today. So tempting! I am going through a mortgage re-fi next month, so new inquiries or debt...for now.  But, I could be tempted for their card, with that offer they have..plus the Kohls cash as another member stated.

CONGRATULATIONS on your new card.  Bobby Flay cookware is sold there, and I always find nice Chaps or IZOD brand shirts for a great low price.
