Did the follow up call earlier today, card is on its way...still no credit pull...
I myself just opened an acct with them. I have gotten as far as being approved for an acct but when I attempt to use the link to set up my acct access I cant get past the lack of a membership number. Does that come in a separate email, do I need to reach out to the CU?
The same thing happened to me but turned out that my membership number was buried in a different email they sent. I emailed and the agent was incredibly helpful with my request for the membership number.
I ended up calling and a super helpful CSR got me squared away. Impressed so far.
Do they require POI?
