Similar thing happened to me. I believe in May I joined and apped for their card, they denied me.
Less than 2 months later, they realized the error of their ways (
) and sent me an approval for their CC with $10K SL.
It cost me another HP but like my buddy @Gmood1 always says, you can't be afraid of HPs (though I do wish Langley would take the previous HP off since we're family now 
)
To answer your question - I believe they send emails to activate their offers.
I have been liking this card of late - just hoping they come thru with the $50 bonus which I met the spending, but hopefully that happens after this next statement cuts.
nice card. As with my profile always, been a member over a year and have never seen any offers. I think one has to meet certain income criteria cuz surely im on the LLOLL
