My little brother scored his first credit card this morning with Navy with a SL of $3000 and the APR is great. He has been on my parents cards as an authorized user for the last couple of years, so his scores are in the mid 700's. Not a bad start.
I know he wil keep it up because my dad preaches using credit accordignly, utilization and DON'T MESS IT UP!! And my dad will know his due dates and monitor his credit like he did mines.
He also applied for a Discover card and approved for $2500, but they want him to sign a 4506-T. I told him just to send in his last 3 bank statments since I just went through the same with Discover. He should be fine.
Congrats to your bro on the approval!
Congrats to "Lil bro"
Congratulations on your new card!!! Navy is fantastic!!!
Congrats to your DB. Definitely off to a good start with Navy and Discover!!
Navy gave 3k out of the gate. That will help with those higher limit cards much faster. 🥳
Congratulations to your brother!
Congratulations on DB's approvals!
That's crazy. He's got more credit than I do after a year of credit building. Kinda wish I'd have had someone to make me an AU - haha.
Congrats to him!
