Love some Navy Fed

I just closed on a house and got several approvals and one denial. Navy Fed denied me for their cash rewards visa. Was not a big surprise due to NFCU closing my active cards with them 3 years ago due to some credit issues. The balance remained high. During my closing I had to use the credits from my builder to pay one of those cards down to 1k balance due to the VA loan requirements. This morning I got an email offer from NFCU for their American Express. I logged in and said why not, I pushed submit....... Approval 20k 14.99% with no credit pull. They used my score from last week. Wooohoooo
