Lowe’s approval from $300 to $5,000

I'm working hard on my credit and in March just got 2k Amex blue cash/delta platin and Discover it.

I just got a pre approval for Lowe's. As a care credit customer with a $3,500 limit i said 'why not.' I got approved for just $300. Ugh. I called credit solutions since I started at $300 with my care credit a year ago And they've gone to 3500. They approved me for $5,000!!!!
