Thought I'd add this for a data point. My SL was 10K and saw the cli button appear online and my reports are all on ice but decided to submit for a 15K total limit. It went pending and the next day when I woke up I got an email that they approved my new limit! So if you see that button I guess it means you still have money on the table.
