Good for you!  I consider a $10k credit card respectable at any age.  I'm 46 and 3 years ago I started out with a $500 MC.  It felt great at first. 

Then came the $5k CSP.  That metal card made me feel like a boss.

Now, I don't care if it's plastic and has Waste Management Industries across the top as long as it has a $10k line of credit.

I came, I saw and I conquered....but I keep coming back and reading.

People's biggest mistake is not learning or caring about their credit score.

@creditcontractor I hear ya. I'm 39, and 6 months ago the only thing in my wallet was green or a debit card. I didn't even know what my scores were until 6 months ago. I'm all about my credit now, that's never going to change. Wish I'd jumped in a bit earlier, but I'm here now and am going to kick some butt..I can't wait to see where I'm at a few years from now after seeing what I've been able to accomplish in a half of a year.
