Congrats on your Macy's AmEx CLI . . . I currently have the retail Macy's card with a $12k CL and I'm hoping that they will eventually offer me the upgrade to AmEx . . . I just don't want another HP. Thanks for posting and best wishes on future CLIs.

Upgrades to AmEx are hard to come by but they do happen. Keep using it, be responsible with the card, and occasionally call in and ask to see what they say!
