I originally applied on 4/9/20 and was denied due to INQ's. I spent the next 45 plus days attempting to contact someone in the new accounts department. A recording said the department was currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On 6/1/20 I finally reached someone to request a recon and present my case. She looked at my file and referred to me as a "very busy man" regarding my LOL/24 status and said they would be in touch. On 6/18/20 I received the second letter in the mail out of nowhere. I called and chose the AMEX version. The CS rep said the SL was $1,000 because it was a online application but I could request a CLI at anytime. Now to commence operation meals on wheels and look ahead to Bloomies. I'm learning from you @M_Smart007 if only I could get the S65AMG out on the open road next.
