17k SL - 8.15% APR

Obviouisly this is a great approval. More so than the limit I really wanted the lowest APR (7.15%). So I'm kind of bummed about that. I attempted recon and was denied, as expected. If I understand USAA does not recon.

Now that I'm out of the garden I'm thinking of going for a two-fer.. not sure yet.

The agent when I called said they review twice a year for possible APR reductions but I don't know if that regularly results in change or not
