Yes you are correct. My bankruptcy was deleted off of my Experian credit report. Hopefully for good, but I'm not sure. They had the wrong dates, I disputed it, and they deleted it about 2 months ago. That was one reason why I was so adamant about coming out of the garden for the AmEx at this time. So many people told me it might get put back on the report (crossing my fingers). It's still included on Transunion and Equifax.

I rememebr when I got my first Amex. I got the American Express Declined Rewards Card. No limit. No APR, No bills. No contact at all now that I think about it. Wait...
