My wife shocking Chase pre-approval starting line.

Hello

My wife has a 636 FICO and just got a Chase pre-approval offer with a green checkmark and we decided to go for it. She got a $15,000 SL for a Chase Sapphire Preferred! 

Just now, she got another check mark on a Chase Ink Business. We might hold off on it due to 5/24. How is this happening? My credit scores are all in the 700s and I have never seen a single offer. Worst part is her landing page looks completely different than mine. Any ideas?

Now, see if anybody else can explain how a low 600 score get approved for a CSP, lol.

Different options enabled?

Could be a lot of different reasons.

I know chase page can be customized, not sure if thats the reason.

I also run a combined business and personal account for my family, that one looks also different from my personal one, and is also different from yours. lol

Found it. Profile & Settings -> Personal Details -> Marketing Preferences. Everything was off. I`ll check and will update everyone.
