I applied for my 2nd card with NFCU. Instantly approved for the Flagship credit card $25,000 @ 11.99% on 12/5. I requested express delivery; card delivered via FedEx yesterday morning. My data points are below.

Opened NFCU nRewards secured card with $2000 in January 2018; card graduated in May 2018 and received a $1,000 cli; total credit $3,000.
Product change the nRewards to Cash Rewards card in October 2018
Requested EE from Transunion to remove Chapter 13 on December 1, 2018. Transunion score went from 664 to 740. Then I applied for my second card knowing NFCU pulls Transunion for new credit cards.
Current scores: Transunion 740; Experian 695; Equifax 687.
