I just called.  I was approved for $10k at11.9% which she said is the lowest rate on the Signature Cash Reward card.

Congratulations! Navy has been my go to bank in the midst of my rebuild. They have been super helpful and accommodating in all aspects!! I can almost taste the Flagship 4/26/19!!!

Was it automatic? It usually pops up on the screen with the congratulations.

Also, log into your account. It may already be on your homepage. 

EDIT: I see you found out. A huge congratulations to you on the SL and interest rate.
