Wanted to provide this info.

Approved for Go Rewards card on 7/10, $1K SL.

Hit 91/3 on 10/8, went for CLI and More Rewards card on 10/9.

Asked for $5K limit on Go Rewards, Navy gave me $3K limit, better than a sharp stick in the eye! Got approval being reviewed initially, then about 10 minutes later saw the new $3K limit

Applied for Go Rewards card, got approval being reviewed initially, then about an hour later received this:

Congratz.  reading this gives me hope.  I started with the secured card from Navy too, with just a $300 limit. I graduated, and my 91 day is coming up this month.  I hope i can get another CLI (currently at the $2k ) and an Amex with them.  Right now my highest limit card is a $2.5k discover.    Thank you for posting.
