NFCU Cash Rewards Approved

Approved for membership about 3 weeks ago. Added around $200 to checking and same to savings and setup direct deposit. Called in today and apped for the NFCU cash rewards card and was approved for $2,900 SL. I think it's low due to a lot of recent inquiries and some new accounts. Got off the phone and I couldn't help myself, apped for a CLOC $15,000 and got a message that I'd have an answer via email or text within 1 hour (Fingers Crossed) I have 6-7 inquiries falling off on the 19th from a car purchase 2 years ago so i figured why not. Going to head to the garden for 6 months minimum after this run.

Thank you! Yes definitely looking forward to it. The rep I spoke with on the phone said to give it a year and request a cli. Not sure if I should have requested $15k on that navcheck

They will usually counter do don't worry. If they don't send a SM asking for $5k to prove yourself Good luck

Thanks for the info it's much appreciated. Any idea how long it may take before I hear anything from them? Also you think I should ask for recon of the credit card SL?

If they arent backed up, usually a couple hours. I would wait for the CLOC app to finish before doing a recon on SL.

Very nice, congrats on the Cash card approval... the CLOC is another department to it is normal to take few days to get back to you. I hope you get it ... good luck !!

Thank you! Aaaah me too! I swore to myself I would he in the garden last week one of the reasons being the suspense of these apps cli requests etc kills me lol. I just couldn't let this recently approved nfcu account sit while I was in the garden without at least apping for a cc!

Still no answer as of yet. If I'm approved for the CLOC would you recommend I still recon for the SL tomorrow or should I just leave well enough alone? Also do you think 1 day later they would still use the same pull or even a new SP? Thanks again
