I have had 7-8 Denials, some lenders are willing to overlook Inqs on a profile with no lates and a lot of account history with fairly large re-payment history. My credit file is pretty thick and aged like Me
I also still have some pretty large paid in full car loans reporting. So a lot has to do with age, payment history & repayment of large amounts.
Unfortunately .. My mortgage dropped off my report some years back.
But not all lenders are willing to overlook many Inqs. sometimes it's manual review they laugh at Me, or Just the system Rejects Me.
I just logged in to each bureau and counted scoreable Inquiries .. here is the exact truth!
Right now I have;
21 scoreable Inqs on TU out of 33/24 ..16 scoreable Inqs. on EX out of 30/24 ..... 11 scoreable Inqs on EQ out of 22/24
Some of these were HP's to join CU's and HP CLI's
More will be un-scoreable by May31st. 2020
