Got in with Navy FCU. Took calling in today and a helpful rep to get membership depart to process app while I waited on hold. Funded Checking/Share Account and setup online access!
Logged in and App'd for Navy Flagship Rewards Visa. App went pending 
for less than 30 minutes.
Got text message app status had been updated and then an email with link for seeing status.

***EDIT 3/17/17 ...I called on 3/9 and spoke with rep in Auto/Other Loans was able to get UW to use EQ pull and added a $10k Auto Loan...got a steal of a deal on a truck that I couldnt pass up and didn't want to tap into cash if I had such a generous new financial friend in NFCU. So $50,000 in credit from 3 HP's. NFCU ROCKS!
