NFCU - Got an increase on the GoRewards

I applied and received the NFCU GoRewards card with a 10K CL.  After the 3rd statement I asked for a CLI and boom 17K.  I also have a CLOC for 1K.  What should be the next thing I do to get additional credit?

My FICO 8 is EXP 706 TU 728 EQ 694.  Thanks

Well I have tons of credit cards but my overall utilization is around 25%.  I have 1 over 70% ( at 73%).

Super Congrats on your Navy Fed GoRewards CLI!

Veteran to veteran, Thank You for your service!!! Smiley Very Happy

You were 100% correct to wait at least 3 statement cycles before

requesting your CLI. It seems you're familiar with the 91/3 strategy.

So in addition to requesting a CLI after 91 days, you can also apply

for a 2nd card with Navy Fed. I'd suggest that you do a quick search

on 91/3 and take a look at some of the starting limits for 2nd cards.

Many of them are in the 5-figure range, so 10k on a 2nd card is common.

Your mileage may vary, of course. But the success of other myFICO

members who belong to Navy Fed will provide you with encouragement

to pull the trigger for a 2nd card of your own. Smiley Very Happy

Congrats again on your Navy Fed CLI success. Thanks for sharing! Smiley Very Happy

Congrats on the approval. As far as getting additional credit, @AllThingsInTime has provided some great info. One thing I would like to advise on is the UTI. Your scores are taking a hit because of the current utilization. I would definitely bring that down under 8% which will help with getting higher CLIs for all of your cards.
