Received a mailer yesterday. "Upgraded" Navy Federal More Rewards American Express Card.

It had a promo code, an interest range, and a Prescreen and Opt Out Notice.

40,000 bonus points spending 4K within 90 days

3X at supermarkets, 3X for Gas and Transit, 3X at Resturants, 1X for everything else.

I've been with NFCU since 1983

100.00 in checking and savings.

Ex filed BK and took them down for 150.00 in 1994, I didn't know until January, paid them back in Feb and let things cook 7 months before I applied.

11.65 is the lowest rate for this card.
