Some additional info, that may help someone. All the examples here have really helped me, I'd like to pay it forward:
Age of accounts:
AAoA: EQ 125m, TU 61m
AoOA: EQ 213m, TU 165m
Age of most recently opened account: 2m (the SSL)
Utilizations (2 accounts reporting, both reported as having balances):
Revolving: 2% - only live account
Installment: 8.6% - only live account
Living: Own home, no mortgage, no payment
Employment:
Income: $42k
With employer for: 2y 4m
I saw that Penfed classified my job title as profesional services (along with doctors and lawyers etc.)
Some of these elements may boost the older/newer scoring models. The bad patch in my credit history is right in the middle, around tiem time model 8's were developed/released.
