I was really stoked to find out about an SP CLI from Navy, because I know they like the HP's alot. Finally got my CL up close to my other cards, and this may be the last one I see for some time. At least without a HP. Aside from their auto increases, which aren't that high.
While I'm sure this may just be a "Holiday" thing or even a glitch, it would be nice if they totally did way with HP CLI's!
