Thanks ddemari, yes my scores have fluctuated over the last 5 months. But they are higher now than they were before I started apping.
So even with all the inqs and pulls my scores have continued to climb. Once the baddie falls off EQ and TU I should be good to go. I have 6 more months for it to drop off.
I'm hoping for a 60 or 70 point jump at that time.
Just an update. Nasa FCU CSR told me it would be a hard pull inquirer. So far, I've not seen it show up on either of my Experian trackers. I have no problems with it ever showing up! ha ha 
I'm curious why this is a soft pull for some members and a hard pull for others? Maybe just a clerical error with coding the pull perhaps? Who knows
