Navy Federal 91/3 Approval

Today is my 91/3. Went for the Amex More Rewards. Didn't get the large SL but approved for 3k @ 18%!! I'll take it as it still some Navy Love ❤️. I wanted to provide a data point on if approvals were possible carrying a balance (utilization 64%) for the forum. I hypothesized that my approval most likely would have been higher if the utilization was below 10%. As my other two credit cards are at 0% utilization. Haven't heard back on the CLI on my Cash Reward SL 10k request to 25k. While I wait, I set my 91/3 calendar for my 3rd Navy Card. Stats at the time of approval; Fico 8 Ex 675, TU 643, EQ 599

I just wanted to give hope (solid data) to those who can't always afford to pay off balances in full ever month. I used to make a higher income in IT but changed over to a more rewarding career in education after multiple layoffs. It's a journey that collectively we can win! This forum and the Navy Federal family has been a huge help to me!
