Y'all! I've been nurturing my Go rewards card, and decided to open a checking account at Navy today for my Partner today as well. WE opened him a checking account, then immediately applied for AMEX. Instant approval for $8,100 and 9.65 interest! We were blown away! This is his highest card by far. Like, literally got a plat Capital one like 6-8 weeks ago and the limit was $300 lol DO's - scores EQ633, TU636, EX639. 5 lates over the last few years, 7% utilization across 7 credit cards, about 12k in student loans, AAOA 2.5 yrs , and 1 inquiry on Transunion which is what they used. Now the countdown until I hit my 91/3. 11 days to go!
