Navy Federal - Flagship - 2nd card approval

I will try to make this short. First time poster.

Instant Approval for Platinum February 8th for $15,000 15.24%.  Didn't do a BT, but carried a balance every month (less than $900 at anytime).  Made substantial payments, but never PIF.  Fast forward exactly 91 days.  I just couldn't wait any longer.  App'd for the Flagship - instant approval $25,000 13.74%.  Yeah!!!

Nice!!!! I'd love to find a way into NFCU. My father in law is retired Marines, but I would have to drag him to a branch all the way in Southern CA...  (He's uses USAA for everything. )
