From my experience, @Yasselife, unlike some other lenders it appears that Navy FCU will give routine CLIs without a specific percentage of usage.

@Yasselife thank you! I'm thinking with Navy Federal there isn't a certain percentage required to get limit increases. On my Flagship I spend a lot but for my More Rewards and my Wife's Cash Reward we barely spend on it.
We have a $16 monthly subscription on the Cash Rewards, that's all that goes on it. They've given her multiple $8K increases. On the More Rewards I usually spend $20 to $70 on it just to keep it active and keep getting the max limit increase allowed every 6 months.
