I thought maybe by now Navy would have started to loosen up their CLI policy but it appears the "Covid-$4K" is still alive and well. I was approved for $4K increase on my Navy FCU Platinum Visa from $22.5K to $26.5K. 
I was a little nervous since my requests have usually shown up within a few hours. This one took about three days, so I was beginning to think it would be denied. I did ask for $50K for grins, so maybe that caused a longer review? ... plus it was also coming up on the weekend. Just like usual, they didn't message or email about the increased credit limit. It just showed up in my online/mobile app "credit available."
History on the card:
- Approved for $10K in November 2019.
- $8K pre-covid CLI to $18K in April 2020.
- Additional $500 "covid-bumpup" in June 2020. (Navy was approving small increases to help its' members during the covid crisis. I hit the CLI button out of curiosity - not need - since it was available. Unfortunately, the $500 reset my CLI clock!)
- Covid $4k to $22.5K in December 2020.
- And now Covid $4K to $26.5K in June 2021.

I put in for a CLI this past Saturday morning on my MR, still haven't noticed any change in my available credit as of 5AM Tuesday morning.
Like you, my last CLI on my MR showed the same day but my CR took almost 5 days back in January lol.
