Ok, my gardening plans changed as we a preparing for a big trip next year I calculated that now would be the best time to apply. I opened a checking account in May, applied a week later and was denied with a offer to get the nRewards secured. Wasn't really interested as all my scores were at or near 700 at the time. I figured I would wait and show them some account activity and see if that helped. Well...It did! This defiinately replaced my non growing Quicksilver One that is stuck at a laughable $700 CL that Cap One won't budge on. (heard a loud clink sound as it hit the back of the sock drawer) I am instantly in love with the NFCU Member Mall!! As always thanks to the commuity, could not have done it alone.

These monster approvals are awesome. 

I love the Member Mall but make sure to check BeFrugal too - if I used the Member Mall on Dell Outlet yesterday I would have missed out on an extra 13% cash back for the first $200 and an extra 10% cash back for the rest of the purchase as Navy was only at 4% flat. 

Navy got me some great deals for Black Friday with the Member Mall though.
