Re: Navy Platinum.

No need to wait on the card to arrive for the BT's. When you log-in to your account and see the card reporting, you can click on "Transfers" at the top of the menu bar. When the transfer page pops up, you'll see an option for "Make a Credit Card Balance Transfer" in the lower center of the page.

Something that suprised me was an AU will have this option aswell.

Hope this helps.

Re: Navy Platinum.

Thanks. Can't see it yet. The approval said it'll be 24-48 hours before I can see it online.

Well, thanks again, but nope.  Smiley Tongue

Now the account shows up, but when I click on Transfers, I get a pop up that says I have to wait until the account is ten days old.

LOL.  No worries, no race.  I'll get there.  Smiley Happy

Re: Navy Platinum.

I wouldn't sweat it. Seems they just roll that way with some.

Mine started at $3K and was about to close it after 6 months since many of my other cards were much higher.

After 90 day AR it went straight to 15K and after that the full 25K.

Like i say, they seem slow with some and with others they can zoom to high start lines right out of gate.

I say you'll be fine and their results will be better as time moves on for you.

Congrats!

Re: Navy Platinum.

No worries, thanks for all of the help.

Just attached an external bank account...and while I can't do any actual balance transfers with the card, I CAN (and don't intend to) take a cash advance in my checking account...lol...

Re: Navy Platinum.

On a related note, I'm sure I'll find out when the card and paperwork arrive, but doesn't anyone know what the payment structure is?  Is it 3% of the balance?  2.5?
