I've been with Navy for many years, but I don't know what a "Navy score" is. Can you explain? I assume it's their internal score.

That would be the FICO they give you. Mine was always EQ 08. I noticed today I'm getting an 09.
That makes sense. OP stated s/he Navy score was 291. I thought it was an internal scoring model.

No....The version that Nav Fed gives me is the FICO 09 (not FICO bankcard score) and it runs from 300-850
Navy is showing my FICO 9 as well.
