Nfcu APR reduction denial but CLI approval

I called in and asked for an APR reduction after being with them 1 yr and 10 days and said she couldn’t do that so I went into my phone app for my cash rewards which is at 22k and asked for 26k. I heard all the stories about larger amounts requiring POI or W2’s and app went pending- woke up this morning to no emails but checked account and 26k is limit- did I leave $ on the table?
Still happy but it was a HP.

Congrats. Do you do your primary banking with them?

It’s hard to say about potentially leaving money on the table. It’s possible a larger request could’ve prompted a POI request.

No, only have $105 in checking with them and that’s because they put that in there when I redeemed rewards.

Nice jump. I think poi gets blown out of proportion too often, one either makes what you claim or one doesn't , i could only wish i made the big dough the CU's would love me more lol. Enjoy the new limit
