Nordstrom recon?

Bear with me here, as I’m pretty new to the forums as a poster! I am wanting to contact EO for Nordstrom for a recon on an application that was approved but not on what I would consider reasonable terms. I have look everywhere and cannot find an email that other posters reference using as a point of contact. Does anyone have this info?
