Congratulations. That is Navy's best card for BT, 0% APR over 12 months, and low APR for purchases. Navy Full Speed Ahead!!!! I usually advise others to go for the 91/3, but in your case, I will say wait until another serious situation comes up for your 2nd card. Milk the 1st card 0% APR for what it's worth.

They are an advisor (financial) assigned to new account holders. They ensure that account holders are aware of all products, and their workings. You basically explain your situation, and they direct you to the best product. They do this while not sending you on a phone carousel ie. Please hold, please hold again, oh call back tomorrow type format.
