OMG! Discover auto CLI

So. I requested a credit limit increase last month for the first time August 18th denied due to collection (removed), high utilization, etc. I wanted to request another a couple days ago ofcourse I talked myself out of it.

Today I looked to see what 5% category was coming up and I had a $1250 line increase. I’m so juiced. Went from $750 to $2k.

Just went on the app to do a credit limit increase to see if there was more on the table. I was able to get $200 more. Not much but better than nothing.

Congrats in the CLI. Discover has been a slow grower for me but I like having the card and the 5% categories are excellent.

I’ve had the card for years and am finally seeing growth after my scores increased. What was your starting limit and your current?
