I can assure you, the boost wasn't from a new inquiry. Something else changed that caused the increase.

UPDATE:

Correction.  I have the rewards card not the good neighbor.  SL 2500  Cash Limit 1875.  0% APR for 12 months then 20.99.  However, at that time I can call in and request an APR reduction. First CLI will be done thru request or Auto in 12 months.  Otherwise, If I want to do a balance transfer then they will increase the limit at that time after 30 days.  They will transfer up to 94% of available credit.

Congratulations! I got many cards with decent limits within three years and my scores have climbed from high 500s to almost all 800s. Just saying. Awesome job

As far as the inquiries go.  

According to a different lender.  Inquiries played a factor but effect was not 

significant. Just depends on the lender as to how they look at it. 

Chase, Citi, Discover so far that I know of is the only ones making a big deal about it.  Nobody else I've 

applied with has denied me because of it.
