Received a pre-approved mailer for this card, it's just a builder card, no annual fee, no rewards, $1,000 max credit limit lol ha...
I should disclose that I didn't really care about this application as all my credit files were frozen or locked.
I have a few other accounts w/ WebBank. Went ahead & applied. Received an email from Experian that they had blocked a recent inquiry attempt. I got a call from Oportun the next day that I couldn't answer.
An hour after missing the call I received an email "Congrats you're approved for Oportun Visa $500".
Guess I'll have to actually use it once or twice to get the limit raised to $1,000. Approval was soft pull. Received card today & activated.
