PENFED GOLD APPROVAL..$7500

Got the Penfed PCR for $6500 back in May 2021. Decided to go for the Gold card today, instant approval for $7500, apr of 17.99%.

Equifax 9 on Penfed site is 635. Last checked Fico 8 score from 11/04/21 were 645-EQ, 663-TU and 654-EX. Application glitched after submission and didn't go to approval page. Signed into my account and saw approval, completed the card finalization screens. Also got approval email instantly.

Instead of waiting for the storm to pass, I've learned to dance in the rain.

The APR is their highest rate I believe but considering my credit scores and the SL given, it's acceptable to me. If I'm being honest the APR is probably lower than what's on 75% of my open accounts. So, until my scores improve more, I'm satisfied for now.
