Not always. Some people never get offers from them, others wait 3+ years. With how fast things change among MFers, it might as well be a lifetime since we all move on to other cards by then.

I would actually use the card here and there .. then when you become clean,
you might have a little history to build on for a CLI or a 2nd card. Just my .02 cents worth.
