Re: PNC Rewards Visa approval !!

Big Congrats my friend! Just an epic run of approvals. Funny thing is I was just looking them over last night and thought that rewards card would make a very nice pick up. Hmmm... 😉 Again Congrats on the pull in nicely done 😄

@Anonymous  Thanks buddy! lol

It's all of those accounts the reason my scores haven't went threw the floor. lol

Your FICOs take hits for obtaining them, but your FICO also grows more immune to adding them as time goes on.

@credit_endurance  Thanks brother! If you decide to grab it in the future. Remember to go through Credit Karma instead of directly to the PNC site. test and see if one or the other gives you a different SUB.

@Anonymous  Thanks my friend for the well wishes!

I will take a beating if I do what you do because my AAoA is already on the verge of 2 years down from 4 😂

But then I would have a bulletproof file after things start hitting 2 indeed.

At least I don’t have to worry about this one — geo fence doesn’t include me.

@Anonymous

IMHO, folks make too much of a fuss about AAoA. My AAoA is 2 years 11 months. Next month it will go back up to 3 years.

I lost one point for 3 new accounts reporting in the last month, along with a couple of inqs. EX changed to 777 today. The point will return in a few weeks. I have 67 accounts reporting, not all are active. I have more but they are hidden trade lines.

I decided to hit old PNC up last Friday night. I didn't have a banking relationship with them.

FWIW, I've discovered the best way to apply for their cards is through Credit Karma. If you apply through Credit Karma, the SUBs may be slightly higher than going directly to the website. $150 verses $100 for the $1000 spend.

I received the 2 business day message that they'd get back to me. So I waited it out. Got the call today at work. She asked the basic identity questions and sent a text to my phone. Afterwards I received this email. FICO EX was a 778 with 18 accounts reporting balances.

And 11 now 12 inqs on EX.

I figured since @coldfusion  , @Jnbmom  and the Crackman were successful. I thought... why not? Smiley Tongue

I have a crap ton of new accounts in the last 12 months. Too many to mention really. lol

I'm pretty sure they aren't inq or new account sensitive.Smiley Very Happy

At 29, your inqs don't matter anymore. lol

Re: PNC Rewards Visa approval !!

Atta Boy Gmood!!! You got me on the APR, but still a win! I've been using mine and chasing that bonus -- wish I had seen the $150 via CK than online Smiley Mad

Thier online process is odd though lol I've been using the card but you have to wait for a seperate letter with an online access pin just to register the account. Got the card last Thursday, but still no pin so I'm spending blind here LOL Congrats on snagging this one up!

This is funny too because my new Synovus card posted a few days ago. No change in EX or EQ, but TU went up 3 points Smiley Very Happy not sure how that worked out, but we'll see how things fair when the other 3 cards post over the next few weeks, though I'm sure I won't see the amex posted until May-ish...
