Thanks after 3 unsuccessful attempts to PC my citi simplicity card to the dc card I decided to try this card. Citi can kiss my arse lol

I believe that Simplicity can't ever be PC'd because of it's unique terms. (No late fees, etc.)

Citi allowed me to combine my Simplicity with my DC.  May have just considered it a CLI on their end while shutting down my Simplicity.
