PPMC CLI 800 to 4700!!!

I've had my account now for 3 months & was surprised when I saw an auto increase of 750 after my statement cut on the 9/20. New limit of 1550. Not that I wasn't happy overall, but just like my SL I was disappointed, so I called Credit Solutions today & asked for 5k, (was thinking 10k but didn't want to push it as I wasn't that confident) they countered with 4700. Much better, although $100 less than my Discover at 4800.

Idk why these accounts are so stubborn to go over 5k. Will be trying for an increase with Discover in November. Overall I'm happy as this will help my util big time & I can feel better about PP becoming my general spend card.

Stats for the card:
Average spend 200-340 over the 3 months.
267 balance recently reported
Util on the card before the CS increase 17%
Overall util 11%

Congrats! What number did you call? and was it automated?

I called the overseas # & no I spoke with a live person. Call lasted less than 5 mins
