wife has the citi bank double cash and we have decided to cancel it and go with ppal cas back because of the no ftc. I put the ppal in my name and was approved for 10K. they pulled my transuion and it was 793

I applied for the PayPal 2% MC for the same reason. The Citi 2% card has been stuck at $2600 since it was opened. I was approved for a Synf/PayPal card a while back and its SL was $3400. I put one $50 item on it, let it post with a statement, paid it in full, let that post, then hit the CLI button. They countered my request and offered $8K.
